Theme: The Elements

Send in 3 haiku or senryu with your bio on shadowpondjournal.blogspot.com

I invite you to explore unconventional interpretations of the elements / lesser-known or abstract aspects of fire, water, earth, and air.  I  encourage creativity and imagination in how you approach this theme.

I will notify selected poets within two weeks, if you have not heard from me by then please feel free to send your haiku elsewhere. 

Each haiku is copyrighted by the individual poet. Shadow Pond Journal must be cited as the first publication. After the publication, all rights revert back to the poet and the poet is free to republish his haiku elsewhere, on his own blog or social media. 

Shadow Pond Journal reserves the right to publish any work accepted for publication for any future print or electronic anthologies and/or retrospectives of the journal - SPJ does not have the right to authorize publication of your work elsewhere.

Occasionally if too many submissions are going through at once the form becomes delayed, in which case please feel free to send your submission or any enquiries to shadowpondjournal@hotmail.com
