Sue Wood, Scotland

Introducing  : Sue Wood  is inspired by nature. She is a retired lecturer from the University of the Highlands and Islands and for the last thirty years has lived on the Isle of Skye. It is there that she gardens and grows food and has taken up re-wilding on her croft. The unique environment of the ‘Misty Isle’ also provides her with plenty of opportunities to walk and reflect on the rich variety of wildlife, scenery and weather. She records her experiences with a camera and notebooks. She then develops these in her studio into poetry and artwork.
