Morgan Ophir, Australia

Introducing  : Morgan Ophir lives in Sydney Australia. He studied Eng Lit at university, has travelled widely and has lived and worked in ten different countries including seven years in China as an English teacher. He has been to Japan six times. He has a love of the Japanese aesthetic in general and haiku and Japanese gardens in particular. He has been a serious practitioner of meditation for many years. He started writing haiku in April 2025 and has been published in the Asahi Haikuist Network.
