Meagan Bussert, USA

Introducing  : Meagan Bussert has been writing haiku for a decade and has been published in haiku journals such as Frogpond, Haiku Canada Review, Acorn, and others; in 2023, one of her haiku was a special selection winner for the 5th annual Morioka International Haiku Competition, and in 2019, another was displayed in the Chicago Botanic Garden as a part of a collaboration with the Haiku Society of America. Meagan draws inspiration from her frequent hikes and the unique weather of her home states, Oklahoma and Indiana.
